Iceland is always as “tumble of wows” as so correctly described by one of our recent workshop attendees. Every time we go to Iceland, we are amazed at it’s beauty, it’s changing weather, and the power and strength of nature.
We spent a few hours getting set up at this waterfall for the perfect shot. Landscape photography is all about waiting for the light and the right conditions. We came back a little wet, but happy that we captured the moment and the shot at this amazing location on the South Coast of Iceland.
Diamond Beach is always one of our favorite locations on this trip and we always return multiple times to capture different light, and of course the changing ice that flows on to the beach.
What’s great about these workshops is you can shoot with your digital SLR or you smart phone. Whatever works for you, we can instruct you in all areas of photography.
Dyrholaåey is always one of my favorite stops on our workshop. Theses sea stacks never cease to amaze me! They are actually ancient volcanic plugs out in the ocean. Beautiful!
What a great group that joined us on this trip! We enjoyed sharing this amazing country with you!
